High-speed rolling door designed for intensive use and certified in Class 5 for resistance to wind load. Patent Pending EU.
A model of high-speed PVC door, which is highly evolved thanks to the IMVA Industrial Doors experience and technology. Maximum practicality and speed in opening/closing but with all the safety of insulation and resistance to wind loads. AR400WR is probably the only one of a kind and ideal for installations where very high performance is required for closing a passage with a rolling door with a uniform PVC curtain.
STANDARD DIMENSIONS OF THE TRANSIT AREA:
Minimum dimensions: W 2000 x H 2000 mm
Maximum dimensions: W 4000 x H 4000 mm
Application: ideal for outdoor use even in particularly windy areas
Opening speed: 0,7 m/sec
Standard metal structure: self-supporting in sheet metal made of galvanized steel pre-painted white RAL 9002, thickness 1.5 mm with profiled plates, fully bolted without welding.
Curtain or cover: Tear-resistant, class 2 fireproof PVC, warped in double weft 900 g/m² with side sealing hinges. At eye level, one row of transparent heat-sealed inspection windows.
Optional:
- 4/5 mm thick fire retardant Class 2 insulated fabric made of PVC. Weight 1400 g/m²
- double weft PVC fabric, weight 580g /m², self-extinguishing Class 1
Side slides: profiled in high molecular density polyzene housed inside the jambs equipped with special reinforcements to withstand wind. The polyzene is self-lubricating for perfect sliding of the curtain. They are also equipped with an exclusive lateral adjustment system with springs, for optimal tensioning of the curtain. The guides are equipped with vertical brushes to increase air tightness and can contain cables for the use of infra-red safety light curtains.

Wind resistance: Certified Class 3 - Class 4 - Class 5 with door closed.
Thermal resistance: – 30 °C to + 70 °C
Roller shaft: diameter 120 mm supported by ball bearings
Drive unit: three-phase motor 400V-50 Hz with electric brake suitable for intensive use. Digital limit switches with absolute encoder incorporated in the gear unit but easy to inspect/adjust. Thermal circuit breaker for protection against voltage surges.
Gear reducer: with long-life lubrication and maintenance-free. Fitted directly on the roller shaft or driven by a transmission chain.
Emergency procedure: release rod for manual opening of the curtain in case of power failure (maximum height 2500mm).When the rod is engaged, a safety micro-switch automatically cuts off power to the motor
CE UNI EN 13241-1 marking data:
- Operating speed - up to 0.7 m/sec
- Operating temperature -20°C, + 50°C
- Wind load resistance - Class 3, 4 and Class 5 (certified with door closed)
Control panel: with 400 V power supply and 24 V auxiliary power supply. IP 55 protection rating. It is equipped with easy-to-remove motherboard.
Push-button panel: membrane push-button panel with “Opening — Closing — Pedestrian” button (partial opening) and EMERGENCY stop mushroom-shaped push-button.
Pre-wired electrical system: 400/24 V separate voltage lines (as required by regulatory standards); infra-red safety light curtains, flashing light, electric brake, encoder and motor are already connected to the junction box fitted with cables prepared for connection to the control panel.
