Manual bottom-trackless folding door with ribbed sandwich panels - SMART PLUS
SMART PLUS is a manually operated folding door featuring 55 mm thick self-supporting mono-structural panels, finished with double-skinned ribbed sheeting with a 160 mm pitch, available in both smooth or stucco (embossed) finishes.
While sharing the core characteristics of the LIBER model, SMART PLUS stands out for its easier installation, its 0.5+0.5 mm thick ribbed panels, and more compact maximum dimensions. Unlike the LIBER model, SMART PLUS features a standard 90° fold-back and is available exclusively in a manual version.

Structure and Installation
The installation system is quick and easy thanks to a mounting structure consisting of side tracks equipped with three-axis adjustment brackets for wall anchoring via expansion bolts. The top track features a highly compact profile—with an overhead clearance of only 180 mm—while maintaining a heavy-duty thickness for maximum strength.

Operation
Manual only in the standard version. Opening and closing is facilitated by bearing-mounted trolleys fixed to the panels, sliding within a load-bearing top track with a profile designed for safe operation.
Closing
The door is secured by internal espagnolette bolts with two-point locking (top and bottom) onto stainless steel strikers.
Panel connection
Featuring a premium aesthetic, the panels are connected by exclusive black-painted galvanized steel concealed hinges equipped with ball bearings.
Sealing
Air tightness between panels, tracks, and walls is ensured by black anti-aging EPDM gaskets.
At floor level, a black nylon brush is integrated into the panels' black aluminum profile.
Insulation
As with all panels produced by our company, the internal insulation is fully injected with CFC-free, Class B self-extinguishing polyurethane with a density of > 40 kg/m³.> 40 Kg/m3
