A unique technologically advanced solution for industrial closures for ease of use and performance: the speed of a high-speed door and the insulation of a Superthermic door.
When an industry needs to close a passageway but also the need to satisfy multiple functions at the same time (heavy traffic, safety, but above all thermal insulation, therefore energy savings), the only possible solution is that studied by our technical office with the combination of a high-speed door model AR600 (self-repairing) with a LIBER SUPERTHERMIC folding door (without floor rail) in a single structure of reduced dimensions that is easy to install.
The DUO solution allows both doors to be installed on one side of the building, leaving the other side free. An impressive operational and aesthetic advantage.
STANDARD DIMENSIONS OF THE TRANSIT AREA:
Minimum dimensions: W 3000 x H 3000 mm
Maximum dimensions: W 6000 x H 5000 mm
The combination in a single solution between a high-speed door and a folding door allows you to combine the technical characteristics of the two solutions: maximum practicality and operational speed for vehicles and people and air/water tightness of the thermally and acoustically insulated door. The LIBER door is classified:
- in Class 4 for resistance to wind load
- it has a noise reduction to 22 dB
- an average thermal resistance (U=W/m² °K) of 1.53
